Le statue de liberté au centre de bagdad, symbolise la libération de l'Irak et la conversion d'un régime royal vers un régime républicain (en 1958).

مسجد الرحمن الكبير وقد بدء انشاؤه عام 1999 وهو من اكبر المساجد بالعراق وهو شييد في بغداد الكرخ المنصور مكان الريسز سابقا ارضية سباق الخيول او نادي الفروسيه ولكن تم توقف الانشاء له عام 2003 ولحد الان وهو كان متوقع ان يصبح مركز جامعي لكل كليات الشريعه الاسلاميه في الجامعات العراقيه
